Hardship Parking Pass Application 2018-2019
Parking Pass Selection Process

Hardship Applications will be available until 8:00am Tuesday, August 13th. Once the application window closes, our parking committee will review the information outlined below and you will be notified of a decision by August 16th.

Parking Pass Eligibility Information

Parking passes will be assigned to students based on the decisions of the parking pass committee. Though there is a subjective element to the decision making process, these are the guidelines for identifying students to whom parking passes will be awarded:

- 20 Community Service Hours
- Online course requirement or 7 AICE Courses
- No out of school suspension or no more than 3 days in-school suspension
- No more than 20 absences 2019/2020 school year

After all of the above has been considered: The parking committee will then review Juniors with personal transportation needs due to a hardship.

Students with extenuating circumstances will be eligible to purchase a parking pass as they become available throughout the school year. You will be contacted if a pass becomes available. Please explain below reasons for needing a parking pass.
