Hardship Parking Passes

Hardship applications for Juniors will open after the first week of the 2026/2027 School Year. Hardships will be reviewed and assigned by the parking committee and issued based on remaining availability. Please note that parking on campus is very limited, and availability for hardship parking passes is not guaranteed. Please check back in on August 17, 2026 for the application.

These are the guidelines for identifying students for whom hardship applications will be considered:

  • 20 Community Service Hours
  • 3.0 GPA
  • No out of school suspension or no more than 3 days in-school suspension
  • No more than 20 absences for the 2025/2026 school year

The above criteria does NOT guarantee a spot, it outlines eligibility to apply. After all of the criteria above has been considered, the parking committee will then review Juniors with personal transportation needs due to a hardship. Initial hardship applications will remain open through August 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Applications submitted by this deadline will be reviewed by the parking committee during the initial review process. Applications submitted after this time may still be accepted; however, they will only be reviewed if additional parking spots become available.
