SENIOR TAKE OVER DAY: SY21

Rules and Regulations

1. All applications are to be submitted to Mr. Michaels, by Friday, May 14th, 2021. His email address is: John.Michaels.2@palmbeachschools.org 

2. Any application which is incomplete in any way, for any reason, WILL NOT be considered.

3. Applications received after the deadline WILL NOT be considered.

4. Students who have earned referrals and/or suspensions for any reason during 2020 – 2021 school year (senior year) are not eligible to participate.

5. Students with 10 or more absences in any class during the 2nd semester are not eligible to participate.

6. Students may not drive golf cart; may not leave campus; may not leave presence of the staff member to whom they are assigned (unless during lunch in a supervised area); and, may only speak on walkie-talkie if message pre-screened by staff member.

7. Students may participate either in-person or virtually.  Students that are virtual students are only permitted to take over a faculty member virtually.   

ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED.

8. All school rules are in effect.

9.     Students need to complete the COVID Waiver form.
