Recognized as one of Florida’s leading athletic high schools, we stand as a beacon of achievement. With 24 sports and 46 teams, we ensure every student finds their passion. The Department of Athletics at Boca High is committed to be an integral part of the overall educational experience offered by the school to its students. Our athletic administration, staff and coaches are committed to providing a challenging environment that will be supportive and caring where academics will always come first.
The various varsity programs offer our students the chance to compete on the district, regional and state levels with the opportunity to attain maximum individual and team accolades within a framework of good sportsmanship and fair play. The junior varsity programs provide an arena for positive interscholastic competition, continued participation, honing of fundamental skills and introduction of more complex team tactics and strategies with the opportunity to advance to varsity level play.
A high expectation is required by coaches, athletes and spectators to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that shows and teaches great sportsmanship when we interact with opposing teams, coaches and fans. Athletics at Boca High will build character, leadership, and will allow our young men and women to grow into adults not only the parents can be proud of, but the entire Bobcat community. We sincerely believe that athletic opportunities are a powerful and influential teaching tool. Indeed, many of the lessons learned through participation in athletics enhance the overall educational experience and will serve our students well throughout their adult lives. Once a Bobcat, you are always a Bobcat. Boca High Athletics is a strong bond that lasts a lifetime.
